Suitable for use in Hospitals, Nursing and Convalescent Homes. On site selection of
either swing free or hold open application. Often used in conjunction with a detector/
alarm system. When used in hold open or swing free application the door will
automatically close upon activation of the fire alarm or power failure.

allowing it to close when the FIRE ALARM is activated or the POWER FAILS.
Recommended for use in conjunction with overhead door closers or floor springs.
